Kelly "The Scrapper" Tope
Senior Director Franchise Development
Kelly "The Scrapper" Tope joined the 9Round brand in January of 2022. She brings with her a wealth of information from her 27-years of franchise experience. Over the years she has played
an integral role in building well-known brands such as Valvoline, Whataburger, The UPS Store, Supercuts and Cost Cutters, Bruegger’s Bagels and Taco John’s.
Although she has experience in operations and executive recruiting most of her expertise has been focused around franchise development.

Shannon “The Cannon” Hudson
Founder and CEO
Shannon “The Cannon” Hudson is the founder and CEO of 9Round Franchising, LLC, the world’s largest kickboxing fitness franchise. In early childhood,
Hudson trained in martial arts, and went on to become an IKF Light Middleweight Kickboxing World Champion. Sparked by his love of the sport and his desire
to make others stronger, he and his wife, Heather “The Hero,” developed the first 9Round studio in Greenville, SC. Since then, under Hudson’s leadership, 9Round
has grown to more than 400 locations open and operating in 17 different countries around the world and has been received countless awards in the franchising and fitness industries.
Hudson continues to be driven by his passion for creating business opportunities for others and impacting people’s health and fitness.

Heather “The Hero” Hudson
Co-Founder and COO
Heather “The Hero” Hudson helped Shannon co-found 9Round in 2008. She is a black belt in Shotokan Karate with a lifelong passion for fitness and wellness.
Her favorite part of the 9Round Fitness program is motivating beginners and advanced fitness levels in an uplifting group fitness environment. Heather supports
the franchising company with a strong focus on communications to owners, marketing and the development of scalable systems for the 9Round owners. She especially enjoys
supporting women through their fitness and business journeys and plans to author a book that delves into her philosophies on these topics in the near future.
